Our July DRMF is one you’ll be talking about all summer. The night kicks off with a returning favorite before two of the most recognizable bands of the early 2000s perform. Bands whose songs lived on our five-disc CD changers, movie soundtracks, and those Friday-night Blockbuster picks. These are the songs where, the moment the first notes play, you can see the movie scene in your head and remember exactly where you watched and with who. We dare you not to move to the music as the moments in time race through your brain.

Switchfoot has sold almost 10 million copies worldwide of their twelve studio albums (including their 2003 double-platinum breakthrough The Beautiful Letdown and 2009's Grammy Award-winning Hello Hurricane), racked up a string of Alternative radio hit singles, and performed sold-out tours with over 5 million concert tickets sold in over 40 countries around the world. Sixpence None The Richer
Sixpence None the Richer is a rock band known for their distinctive blend of indie-rock and introspective songwriting. Their live performances are filled with guitar riffs, driving bass, and pounding drums. As they embark on touring in 2024 and 2025, their first since 2013. The band is perhaps best known for their hit singles, including Kiss Me which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a top-10 hit in sixteen countries alongside There She Goes, Breathe Your Name, and Don’t Dream It’s Over. Sixpence None the Richer has earned two Grammy Award nominations, multiple Dove Awards, and accolades such as “Top Soundtrack Single” at the Billboard Music Awards and “Best Song” at the Young Hollywood Awards. Their rendition of There She Goes by The La’s was also recognized as a BMI Pop Awards Top Song in 2001.
EG Vines
Starting our July #DRMF is a recognizable DRMF performer, EG Vines. This artist channels the melodic alt-rock of the ’90s paired with the raw energy of punk, delivering lyric-driven songs that are dynamic, captivating, and emotionally charged. With a new record on the horizon in 2026, EG Vines and his band look to continue to push boundaries both in the studio and on stage.
