Agreement: In exchange for payment, DRMA will provide purchaser access to the sponsor area of the Music Festival. Specifically,
• 1 pass per show
• Access to Downtown 312 during the Festival shows
• Access to VIP area bathrooms
• Sponsor benefits are subject to change without notice
The purchaser understands that, for the benefit of the artists, the passes MUST be used for each show. To ensure that that occurs, DRMA may check in one (1) time, a week prior to each show, and ensure that the purchaser will be able to fill their allotted spots. If they are unable to use their allotted spots, the purchaser agrees that DRMA may give their passes to other people for the purpose of that show ONLY. The purchaser will still be entitled to the other benefits of the purchase.
Your purchase goes toward ensuring that all three (3) summer shows and the one (1) fall show are FREE to the general public to come and enjoy. DRMA recognizes the importance of live music to the culture and well-being of our community and we appreciate you aiding us in this mission. Because we rely on your commitment to this cause to setup and pay for the shows, your contribution is not refundable for any reason. The event may be cancelled for any reason, without notice. Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with event staff directions may result in the loss of use of the passes.
