Official Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older to enter. One entry per person.
Entry Requirements:
- All entries must be submitted through the official giveaway form.
- Entrants are encouraged to follow all participating sponsor pages on social media (honor system).
- By entering, you agree to receive communications about the Dancing Rabbit Music Festival and our partners, unless you opt out.
Presence Required: You must be present at the time of the drawing to win. No exceptions.
One Winner Per Person: Each individual may win only one prize. If your name is drawn more than once, we’ll redraw for the second item.
Drawing Time: Winners will be selected and announced after the first live band begins on the main stage. You must claim your prize immediately.
Prize Terms:
- Prizes are donated by sponsors and awarded as-is.
- Dancing Rabbit Music Festival and all sponsors make no warranties or guarantees regarding condition, safety, or usability.
- Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, title, registration fees, or other costs associated with the prize.
Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Dancing Rabbit Music Festival, its organizers, and sponsors from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or use of any prize.
