Tailgate Sponsorship

Agreement: In exchange for the sponsorship in the amount of $1500, DRMA will reserve the tailgate sponsor the exclusive right to occupy one of the Ford trucks for the Summer 2024 Dancing Rabbit Music Festival series.

The Tailgate sponsor will receive:
• 5 spots in the truck per show
• A selection of provided drinks
• Access to VIP area bathrooms
• Sponsor benefits are subject to change without notice

The Tailgate sponsor understands that, for the benefit of the artists, the trucks MUST be occupied by at least four (4) people. To ensure that that occurs, DRMA will check in one (1) time, a week prior to each show, and ensure that the tailgate sponsor will be able to fill their allotted spots. If they are unable to use their allotted spots, the tailgate sponsor agrees that DRMA may give the truck space to other people for the purpose of that show ONLY. The tailgate sponsor will still be featured and are still entitled to the other benefits of the sponsorship.

DRMA is a not-for-profit corporation and will provide invoices, receipts, and assist in any way they can to ensure that this sponsorship benefits the tailgate sponsor. Your sponsorship goes toward ensuring that all three (3) summer shows are FREE to the general public to come and enjoy. DRMA recognizes the importance of live music to the culture and well-being of our community and we appreciate you aiding us in this mission. Because we rely on your commitment to this cause to setup and pay for the shows, your contribution is not refundable for any reason. The event may be cancelled for any reason, without notice. Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with event staff directions may result in the loss of use of the tailgate.
